Chapter 4: New Kitten (Baby 6)

Serenity and Vivian grew up into wonderful young women. Vivian was more excited to leave the house soon. Serenity, not so much.

Lucia and Lukas grew up into playful children. They're very close and love playing outside.

Kaleah was a beautiful fairy baby with big, pink wings. She loves playing with blocks and absolutely adores Lucia.

I felt closer to my kids now more than ever. I feel like I truly understand what it's like to be a mother and have the responsibility. Since I've began this challenge I've became much more mature than when I was a teenager.

In recent days, I began taking up a hobby of drawing. I kept a sketchbook and drew in it a lot. Even though I wasn't really good, it's something I really enjoyed and I knew my skills would get better.

------

"So what'll it be today?" Dr. Masons asked while I got up on the examination table in his office.
"Oh," I chuckled, "The usual; one insemination. To go, please."
He laughed, "Do you prefer chef's choice?"
"Why, yes."

After I got home, I walked in and saw everyone sitting at the table.
"We're having a family meeting," Natalie announced, "We just waited for you to get home."
I sat down, "Okay, what's the issue?"
"Lucia, would you like to tell your mom?"
"Of course! Mom, we're talking about getting a new pet!"
"Really, what kind?"
"We dunno yet. We're deciding."
"How about a cat?" I suggested.
"That's what I said," Vivian said.
"I want a cat too!" Lukas announced.
"I don't really care. Any pet is fine for me." Serenity said.
"Me too," Lucia said, "Except a snake. Ewwww!"
"So I guess we're all in favor of a cat?" Natalie asked.
"Yeah!"
"Okay, then, I guess we'll get one."

Later that night, I pulled Natalie aside.
"What made you guys decide to get a pet?" I asked.
"The kids really wanted wanted one. And I thought it would be nice to have in this family."
"Do you have any idea what kind of cat we want to get?"
"Not really. We were hoping you would pick one out for us."
"Oh, okay." I say, "But I've been thinking that I feel that soon I can be able to live on my own with my kids."
"That's fine," Natalie says, "But I'll stay here as long as you need me."
We were soon interrupted by Lucia.

"MOM!" she yelled, "LUKAS CAUGHT A BUG!"
"Lucia! Look at it! It's so cute!" He says, holding the container with the bug in it up to her face.
"It's gross!"
"All right kids," I say, "Lukas, where did you find it?"
"Outside," he says, "It looked lonely."
"Well don't you think it was looking for it's family?"
"Maybe... But I thought it's really cool!"
"If you keep it, the bug will get homesick and not live very long."
"Oh..." Lukas sighed, "I guess I'll go let it go."
"Good choice." I say.

------

I looked at the different kittens the breeder had. He had many different kinds with unique personalities and species.
"They're all really cute," I state.
"Thank you," he said.

I ended picking out a kitten named Cymorli, a fluffy little orange thing. Right after I brang him home, I went into labor.

Baby 6, Louise Alexandria was born a few hours later.

94 more children to go...

Chapter 3: Pool Party (Baby 5)

"Alright, kiddo," I say, picking up Serenity, "It's moving day."
She feels the burn scars on my face, "Mommy... wassat on your face?"
"Just an ouchie. It'll be okay."
Natalie and I loaded the kids into the taxi and let them head over there while I walked. I felt absolutely horrible about having to move. That house was where I grew up, and where my parents were buried. But the damage was unrepairable and we had to go.

I looked around the new house. It had three bedrooms, one I will share with Natalie, one that will become the nursery, and the last one will become the kids and teenager's room.

We aged up the kids the next day. Serenity was a very shy and quiet person. She loved to make art and crafts. Vivian was the opposite. She was more social, and a big fan on sports, and loved to play soccer.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me where Lucia and Lukas got their hair color from. I knew that their father had a very light blond hair color and mine was brown with blond tips. But it may just be a mix of the two.

I had spent the past couple days in my room, alone, when Vivian walked in.
"Mommy," she asks, "When are you gonna play with us? I wanna play in the pool with you!"
I sigh, "That's a nice thought, but maybe in a little while. I've been tired."

"Hey kid," Natalie says, walking in, "Can I talk to your mom for a second, alone?"
"Okay, Aunt Natalie," Vivian sighs, "But she's very tired."
After Vivian leaves, Natalie shuts the door.
"You've been acting depressed," she states.
"No I haven't."
"Yes, you have. And I've noticed. Can you at least go to the doctor and come back and play with the kids?"
I groaned, "Fine."

"What's the problem?" Dr. Masons asked.
"My sister thinks I've been acting depressed. I'm only here because she forced me."
"Why is that.?"
"Just because since the fire I've felt unmotivated to do things."
"Hmm..." he says, "Well I think I can prescribe you an antidepressant. It'll start working after a few weeks of taking it, but until then, play with your kids more or find something to do?"
"Alright. But while I'm here, I should probably get pregnant."
"Don't you have anyone planned out for a father?"
I chuckle, "Surprise me."
------

Right when I got home, I was greeted by Serenity.
"Mommy! Where have you been? We want to play in the pool, but Aunt Natalie said we had to wait until you got home."
"Alright, go get your swimsuit on."
"Yay! Aunt Natalie also said she's gonna cook burgers on the grill outside! She says it's called a barbecue."
I chuckle at how goofy of a kid she was. After I changed, I got in the pool and watched the kids goof around while Natalie stayed on the deck and cooked burgers.

"Mom! Look at me snorkel!" Vivian put on her snorkel and flippers and jumped back in the pool. She touched the floor and sprang back up.
"I can touch the bottom! Did you see, mom?"
I smiled and nodded, "Yeah, baby girl, that was awesome."
"I challenge you to a splash war!" Serenity stated, splashing Vivian.
"Oh, you're on!"
They splashed for quite a while until Vivian "surrendered".

"Yay! I won!" Serenity said.
"The burgers are ready! It's dinner time!" Natalie announced. Hungrily, Serenity and Vivian leaped out of the pool and rushed to the dinner table. I put Lucia and Lukas in their highchair and fed them baby food.

"How do you guys like them?" Natalie asked.
"They're pretty awesome!" Serenity said with a mouthful.
"I like them. Can I have the ketchup, please?" Vivian asked. Natalie handed her the ketchup.

"Look at what you've done!" I exclaimed, picking up Lukas, "You're a very messy eater, Your sister was clean about her food."
Lukas giggled, "Make mess fun!"
I chuckled, "It's not fun when I'm the one cleaning it up!"

The rest of the evening was spent watching Serenity and Vivian race each other on Mario Kart, with me occasionally getting up to go puke because of morning sickness.

The next day while the kids were at school and Natalie was at work, it was just me and Lucia and Lukas. I spent some time outside kicking around Vivian's soccer ball.
"So this is what she always talks about..." I say. It felt nice to kick the ball around and get some energy out. I guess that may be why she likes sports so much.

I got a call from Laya, "Hey Stella!"
"Hi Lay. What's up?"
"Just checking in on you. How's the baby?"
"Pretty good. I'm about two days pregnant, so I think he or she will arrive tomorrow."
"Awesome! Let me know when they arrive!"
I smile, "Okay. Feel free to come over whenever."

Later, I went to a concert, "So this is SimFest..." I say, looking around.

"Hey little guy!" I reached my hand down to a stray dog, which licked my hand.
I laughed, "You're kinda cute!" I ended up pretty much ignoring the performer while I played with the small dog, which I called Rusty. But our friendship didn't last long until some idiot scared Rusty away.

"What the fuck?" I say to the man.
"Stray dogs are disgusting! They have fleas and rabies!"
"Not all of them do! Mind your own business once in a while." I stormed off back home.
"Stella, wait!" I heard a voice. I turned around and sure enough, it was Dr. Masons.

"I saw you at the concert, but I didn't say anything."
I shrugged, "That's okay."
"How's the baby?" he asked.
"Doing pretty well. I think he or she should arrive tomorrow."
Dr. Masons smiled, "All right, let me know."

The next day went exactly as planned and I gave birth to only one baby this time around, which was Baby 5, Kaleah Alexandria, who was surrounded with pink sparkles.
95 more babies to go already...

Chapter 2: Fire (Babies 3 and 4)

The kitchen became a mess as I attempted to bake cakes for Serenity and Vivian's birthday. I was trying my hardest, but baking wasn't really my thing.

"Need any help?" Natalie asked.
I sighed with relief, "Yeah, thank you."
"Rule of baking, number one," she began, "forget EVERYTHING you may know about baking." She dumped all of my not-so-hard work in the trash.
"Rule of baking number two, keep the dry stuff and the wet stuff apart until it's time to mix them." Natalie then cracked a few eggs in a bowl and beat them. Then, she added the water, vanilla flavoring, and milk. She put the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.

"Exactly like that. Now, rule number three, bake it for the least time possible WITHOUT undercooking it." Afterwards, Natalie grabbed a circular pan and poured the two bowls into it and stirred it a little before putting it in the oven.
"You know," Natalie says, "You can go on the computer and look for fathers. I'll be doing this for you."
I nodded, "M'kay."
Afterwards, I went on my laptop and searched for a few hours to find a father.

I finally settled on Neptune Sun Wolfberry (credits to Plumbobbing in a Simblrland on Tumblr). and quickly went down to Dr. Masons to get inseminated.

Once I got home, Natalie finished the cakes and we celebrated the twins' birthday.
"Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday dear Serenity and Vivian... Happy Birthday to you!"

However, something didn't seem right. I didn't notice until the fire alarm blared that the kitchen caught fire.
"STELLA! GRAB SERENITY AND GO! I HAVE VIVIAN." Natalie shouted. I quickly scooped Serenity back up and Natalie and I made an attempt to escape as soon as possible.

I was unsuccessful and found myself in a corner, surrounded in flames.
This is the end, I thought. Serenity began wailing, and I fell to the floor, becoming weak from the flames licking my body.
"Shhh.... it's gonna be okay. Everything will be all right. The firefighters are coming." I then found myself being picked up by an unknown person and rushed out the house.

I heard a faint voice that seemed so familiar, like I just heard it a few hours ago, "Stella... Everything's gonna be okay. Goddamnit, stay with me!"
I managed the strength to open my eyes for a brief second before fading out of consciousness. During that moment, I saw a flash of blue hair, and I knew I was in good hands.
It was Dr. Masons.

*Dr. Mason's POV*

"Stella? STELLA? Stay with me, stay with me!" I ran as fast as I could to my car. I wasn't going to wait for an ambulance.

I safely put her in the back seat of my car. Since she was unconscious, I had no worries about her having a panic attack from her fear of driving/ being driven.
I phoned the hospital while speeding through the roads to get there, "Hey, it's Stuart. I'm driving Stella Alexandria to the ER, she just came out of a bad house fire and needs immediate care."
Once I got to the hospital, I got her sent away on a stretcher and grabbed my pair of scrubs.
"I'm taking care of her," I had commanded. Once I finished changing, I went into Stella's room.

The nurses had gotten her hooked up and stabilized.
"Oh my god... Stella..." I remarked while examining her burns.
She had mostly 2nd degree burns, but some mild 3rd degree burns. I cleaned her up and bandaged the most serious burns. Until she woke back up or Natalie came, I wasn't going to send her to surgery. But then I almost forgot that she was pregnant, she came in this afternoon to be inseminated.

Natalie came rushing in, "Oh my god, what happened to her?"
I sighed, "Well, she has some pretty significant burns. I'm pretty certain I'll have to do surgery to repair the worst burns. I don't even know if the baby's okay yet. When was the last time she had something to eat or drink."
"About noon, I believe." Natalie answered. I looked at my lunch.
"Okay, it's about 10 at night, I think she'll be safe and I can do it. She's pretty stabilized right now. I'll check on the baby and send her down." Swiftly, I grabbed a baby heartbeat monitor and rubbed it around on Stella's stomach. It gave out a soft, but normal paced heart beat.
"The baby seems okay. It's heartbeat is quiet, but pretty normal paced."

*Stella's POV*

The first thing I felt was pain. Absolutely horrible pain. I managed to open my eyes and groaned.

Dr. Masons stared at me, "Stella? Are you in pain?"
I nodded and held up 9 fingers to signal the pain level. He grabbed an injection of some liquid unknown to me and shot it through my IV line.
"That should help you..." he said. A weird feeling spread throughout my body, and once it subsided, there was almost no more pain and I was drifting partially out of consciousness.
Dr. Masons' voice echoed, "Stella, you're in a pretty rough shape right now. I'm gonna begin to operate on your worst burns within the hour. Your baby is okay." I slowly nodded to show I still knew what was going on.
"I want... to... see my kids..." I rasped. Natalie handed me Serenity and Vivian. I smiled weakly at them.

"I'm glad you kids are okay... you two are beautiful. Mama's gonna be... okay. I love... you.. both... so much."
"I guess it's time now," Dr. Masons announced, "We have to get you in right away."
Natalie took the twins away again and I weakly waved goodbye. The doctor began rolling my bed away and the last thing I remembered was being put on the operating table.

*Stuart's POV*

Stella came out of the surgery just fine. Every now and then I checked on her and gave her medicine for pain, but for the most part I let her sleep off the anesthesia. A few hours later, she began trying to wake up. I moved the head of the table up to a seated position. Finally, she opened her eyes and looked around the room.
"Morning, sleepy head." I remarked.
She laughed very hard. "Did I do okay?" she asked.
"You did great."
Stella looked down at her new baby bump. "When am I having my baby?"
"Soon... soon." After our little conversation, I let in Natalie and Laya to see her.

------
*Stella's POV*

After spending a few more days in the hospital, we welcomed Babies 3 and 4, Lucia and Lukas Alexandria, into this world, and we went home together.
96 more...

Author's note: So I really had no idea that the fire was going to happen XD. It just happened by itself when Serenity was having her birthday, so I just went along with it. I wish it didn't happen so early in the challenge, but oh WHALE. XD

Chapter 1: So This is How it Begins... (Babies 1 and 2)

Summer has always been my favorite season. Everything about it was always so perfect. Barbecues, swimming, wearing the same clothes for a week, pulling all-nighters to finish watching a show on Netflix, everything. The most important thing was, no school. But now I'm officially graduated, my adult life has just started, and I'm about to start my challenge. Even though it's been only two weeks since school has ended, I've spent most of my time in my room doing research about the challenge, and reading other people's stories on it. If I wasn't in my room, then I'd be hanging out with Laya.
Anyways, today is the official day I turn 18. And I can begin my challenge. The doorbell rings and Natalie asks me to get it, since we knew it was Laya.

I rushed down the hallway open the door and I see Lay, wearing a crop top, the shortest shorts I've ever seen, and no shoes.
"I've got clothes for you to wear! I'm going to take you on your last hoorah before you become an adult!"
I laugh, "Lay, you expect me to take you seriously."

She giggles, "Don't worry, the dress I got for you isn't as revealing as my outfit, I know how Natalie is about that."

We go up to my room and Lay hands me a pink dress with a brown vest. I put it on along with a pair of my favorite, purple sandals. Lay helps me with my hair and we take it out of it's ponytail and add some clips to the side of it.
"Wow... Lay, it's beautiful!" I remarked.
"I saw it, and I knew it looked as if it was made for you."
I smile, "Thank you so much!"

Afterwards, we head out on the town and we walk to a close-by karaoke club. The scenery of it was absolutely gorgeous and Lay and I looked forward to an awesome time. We took pictures in a photo booth. After, we watched a little kid sing his heart out. The other people booed him, but Lay and I cheered him on because he really did try and didn't want him to feel bad. Then we got on stage and sang (or publicly embarrassed ourselves) for fun before we went back home.

Once we returned at my house Natalie had a birthday cake ready for me.
"While you guys went out, I baked a birthday cake. Are you guys ready?"
I looked at Lay and nodded, "Ready as I'll ever be."
Natalie grabs the lighter and lights the candles on it. I stand proudly in front of it while her and Lay cheer me on, thinking about everything that has happened until now.
I whisper, "I wish to have a wonderful, healthy family, and to keep Natalie and Laya by my side," before I blew out the candles.

Now, I looked at my now-adult self. The past is in the past, I tell myself, My future is what I make of it. I have all the responsibilities now.

------

"Hey," Natalie says, "I've found a father for you."
I sat down at the table with her, "Can I see their file? I ask. She hands me the file and I look through it.

"Hmm.... Keung Chung. He seems like a good choice. And he's foreign." I stare at his picture, "He has good looks."
"Are you gonna choose him?"
I nod and take the file with me.
"I'll be right back," I smiled.
I walked to the hospital where my doctor, Dr. Masons, was located.

"Hello, Stella. What do you want today?"
I sat down at the table and gave him Keung's file. "It sounds crazy, but I'm doing a 100 Baby Challenge. I'm going to chose this guy as a father."
He reads the file and smiles,  "Okay, I want you to change and sit on that table. I'll get what I need."
He leaves and I get my privacy to change. I hated hospital gowns. They're so revealing, even though the point of them is NOT to reveal. And I always hated the sterile smell in every hospital ever. I don't know why, it just bothers me. But then again, I haven't ever really been in hospitals a lot.

Dr. Masons comes back in as soon as I finish changing, carrying a tray with different weird tools and the sperm specimen.
"It'll feel a little uncomfortable, but it shouldn't hurt."
I lay down on the table while the doctor does what he needs to do. To distract myself, I count the little specks on the ceiling.
"Okay, finished!"
I breathe a sigh of relief and sat back up.
Dr. Masons smiles at me, "That's it! If you need anything, don't be afraid to call." before leaving. I thank him and change back into my clothes once he left.

I walked the long way back home. Ever since my parents died in the car accident, I've been afraid of driving and even letting someone else drive me. I wish I really knew why.

------

I spent the next day in the bathroom, throwing up whatever I ate. Morning sickness is a bitch. Only 99 more times of this, you'll get used to it, I tell myself. Natalie walks in with a towel and sits down with me.
"Take this," She gives me the towel. I take it and rub off puke or whatever that somehow landed on my face.
"Thank you," I say, putting it back down.
"Are you gonna be okay?" she asks concerningly. I nod. She rubs my back as I throw up whatever's left, then I felt a lot better.

After the morning sickness subsided the next day, I showered and changed into some maternity clothes and invite Laya over.

"What gender is your baby?" she asks.
"I don't know yet. I want it to be a surprise. I don't even know if it's a multiple birth."
"Ah, do you have any names planned yet?"
"Yeah, but it's personal stuff."
"I see."
We goofed around for a bit until she had to leave. I laid down for the rest of the night since my back ached so bad. It was hard to sleep that night because nothing was helping the pain and I wondered about the baby and who he or she would look like. Finally I fell asleep but only got a few hours in before I had went into labor.

Serenity and Vivian Alexandria were born a few hours later. Feisty, but they are absolutely perfect.
I can't wait for 98 more.
